Alan Wake 2 Confirmed During The Game Awards, Goes Full Survival-Horror

Alan Wake 2 has been officially confirmed. Tonight during The Game Awards, Remedy and Epic Games announced the long-awaited sequel to the fan-favorite, and it comes with a twist.

This is not a big surprise, as a report earlier this year said Remedy was working on Alan Wake 2, with Epic Games funding its development. What’s more of a surprise is that the sequel is “the first-ever survival horror game,” for Remedy according to creative director Sam Lake. A darker, more unhinged Alan can be seen in the trailer below.
